Ordering Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Processing time includes order verification, printing (if applicable.), quality checks, and packaging.
Please note: During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or special releases), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has been processed, shipping time typically ranges from 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
We ship using trusted third- party carriers. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Kasual Khaos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Kasual Khaos is not responsinle for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, customers must contact the shopping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issues and determin the appropriate resoultion
